Our pool of skilled and experienced coaching associates have all been through our very own accredited award in coach training. They come from a range of backgrounds and with a variety of industry experiences. Each coach is committed to their own personal development and undergoes regular supervision to maintain the very high standard expected of them.
We are big fans of data. After all, it's a big investment of your time and money so you want to be able to measure the success of the programme, don't you? We use our developmental tools to measure success of our coaching banks, providing our clients with a monthly progress report and end of programme analysis on ROI.
Our coaches and their coachees are supported through the process with access to a private members login on our website, packed full of development tools and resources.

We worked with a leading legal firm to develop their new 'associate directors' in a programme spanning six months. We used emotional intelligence reporting at the beginning and end of the programme with each of the coachees, enabling us to measure movements to their self-awareness, decision making capability, assertiveness, motivation and empathy - among many other leadership strengths and de-railers.

How it works...
We adopt a very simple six stage approach that includes:
working with you to fully understand your goals, expectations, volume of coaching required and delivery method.
Our solution proposal is put forward and terms and conditions agreed
We supply your team members with three coach profiles to choose from in order of preference and our coaches schedule the sessions
Coaching sessions are delivered as per the agreement and client reviews take place after month 3 and month 6
We provide client progress reports on a monthly basis and then a final full report measuring the success of the programme and uplift in skills
Post delivery meeting, providing you with the data and accomplishment
