One Off1 x 90 minute online session
In this session we use the opportunity to focus on self-awareness, reflecting on strengths and boosting confidence. Using the change curve to support transition with a focus on mindset changes or resilience building. Each session can provide a personalised Strengths Profile.
Individuals looking to boost their levels of motivation and engagement. Those who seek to focus on their energy and strengths.

3 Sessions3 x 90 minute online sessions
3 sessions focused on moving forward and building on self awareness to look at shorter terms goals. Typical themes may include communications, relationships and resilience. We can use either Strengths Profile or our EQ tool.
Those looking for a deeper coaching experience and further exploration of their emotional intelligence and how they can leverage their EI in the workplace.

6 Sessions6 x 60 minute online sessions
6 sessions focused on the current day, and start to plan for the future. Creating both personal and organisational goals and development plans to embed both behavioural change and organisational change to support long term recovery. We can use either Strengths Profile or our EQ tool.
Individuals looking to make long-lasting, sustainable and positive changes. During these sessions, we will use diagnostic tools to support the creation of meaningful goals.

Good team communication is vital but navigating change can be a challenge and overwhelming. Communication, team work and planning are key.
We are working with organisations to assess their needs and build digital workshops to bring their teams together - this can cover a wide range of themes from peer coaching to understanding strengths.
