Executive / Leadership Coaching:
We are all influenced by the people who have been our leaders, the training we have received and the teams we have built. For many of us, our own experiences of leadership will shape our own leadership style. Thus, it becomes an organic one, rather than a planned one.
As part of our Executive Coaching programme, we work with leaders over a six to nine month period, meeting monthly to give time and space to reflect and review their own leadership, and their current role. This ultimately leads to creating a solid and inspirational goal of the kind of leader they will be in the future, and how they will lead their teams and businesses towards success. As part of the programme we support you to develop a plan that will ensure you met these goal as quickly as possible. We can weave in emotional intelligence and strengths profiling too, if wanted. |

Through a structured set of sessions, we will work together to identify what motivates you, what you are looking for in your working life and bring about a set of realistic goals to work towards. We can either arrange a one-off session to prepare for you for interview or a series of coaching sessions designed to prepare you for your next move. We can also offer strengths based development plans, interview skills and curriculum vitae building. |
