I am interested in working with Coaching Direct as an Associate?
We typically only work with associates who have gone through our own coach training programme, or with whom we have previously worked. If you would like to work with us, please register here. We are always interested in hearing from people who can bring different skills to Coaching Direct.
What is expected of a Coaching Direct Associate?
Alongside significant experience of coaching at executive level, we would expect you to have a coaching qualification, your own personal accreditation with a recognised coaching body (or evidence that you are working towards this), evidence of regular supervision and commitment to your own personal development.
What is the Coach Onboarding process?
when you start working with Coaching Direct, you will have an onboarding session with our Relationship Manager. She will take you through your contract, ask you to complete a profile and submit your paperwork. You will then be shown how to use the People Portal to show you how we match coachees to coaches and how to schedule and manage your appointments and coachee diagnostics. There are 'how to' videos on your People Portal too, in case you get stuck! You will also be added to the collaboration space so that you can keep up to date with any Coaching Direct CPD events and training.
I am a Coaching Direct Associate, how do I access my People Portal?
You can access your personal dashboard through the My People Portal tab on the website. From here, you will be prompted to log in with the details supplied to you at the point of onboarding.
What if I have a question that's not answered here?
If you have any questions at all about the onboarding process, coach recruitment or using the People Portal, contact Sarah.
