Jenni Dixon - Accredited Executive Coach
Jenni is an experienced coach and facilitator with a track record in HR for both private and public sector organisations. She is an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching and CIPD qualified. Jenni has an open communication style and is enthusiastic about supporting clients with their coaching journeys.
She is an associate for three coaching and career transition organisations as well as running her own business providing coaching to organisations and individuals. Jenni has worked in various sectors - sales, financial services, and higher education. She took five years out of the workplace when her twins arrived in 2007.
Jenni is passionate about coaching and the transformative experience it has on unlocking purpose and potential. She enjoys coaching people on a 1-2-1 basis to support individual and company career transitions, personal growth and career returners.
Jenni is trained in delivering the emotional intelligence tool EQ-i2.0 and Strengths Profiling which she can use, along with other tools, to support personal development during coaching.
