Back on Track1 x 90 minute session
In this session we use the opportunity to focus on self-awareness, reflecting on strengths and boosting confidence. Using the change curve to support transition with a focus on mindset changes or resilience building. Each session can provide a personalised Strengths Profile.
Individuals looking for a boost to support them back to full motivation and engagement. Focusing on their energy, and their strengths.

Moving Forward3 x 90 minute sessions
3 sessions focused on moving forward and building on self awareness to look at shorter terms goals. Typical themes may include communications, relationships and resilience. We can use either Strengths Profile or our EQ tool.
Individuals who have have faced adversity or have faced greater change and would benefit from more support to transition to change in a positive way.

Future Ready6 x 90 minute sessions
6 sessions focused on the current day, and start to plan for the future. Creating both personal and organisational goals and development plans to embed both behavioural change and organisational change to support long term recovery. We can use either Strengths Profile or our EQ tool.
Individuals with the responsibility of embedding the change, and are pivotal in the success of longer term recovery.

Good team communication is vital but navigating change can be a challenge and overwhelming. Communication, team work and planning are key.
We are working with organisations to assess their needs and build digital workshops to bring their teams together - this can cover a wide range of themes from coaching to strengths. Team coaching can take on a systemic approach so that all stakeholders are considered, and the team know what is expected of them to deliver success even in the face of adversity.
