What is Strengths Profiling?
What are the Benefits of Strength Profiling?
There is now a wide base of research around strengths, and in particular correlating to increase wellbeing and satisfaction and higher levels of engagement. Having our strengths realised is a validating conversation. It supports increased performance, and can lead to deeper understanding about our own energy levels - what drains us of our energy, what our unrealised strengths are and how we can exploit them with confidence and what our 'learned' strengths are - those which require extra effort from us.
How can I use Strengths Coaching with my team?
Understanding your own, and others' strengths and weaknesses can be an effective tool in optimising performance, building confidence and empowering people. It can be used to identify where your colleagues perform at their best, and where they have room to improve, resulting in better delegation.
What is involved in Strengths Coaching?
Your coach will send you the link to the online assessment. The outcome of this assessment will be sent to both you and your coach, outlining your realised, unrealised, learned behaviours and weaknesses. This report will help you to understand your development needs, give you the validation you need about your strengths and provide the starting point for a development plan and series of coaching sessions.
