Coach Supervision
Our coach supervision is designed to support coaches through their coaching careers, ensuring that coaching quality is continuously monitored and improved.
Self development is incredibly important and an investment in continuous professional development ensures that coaches are operating at the highest level. The Association for Coaching® requires a log of regular supervision over a twelve month period to demonstrate a commitment to personal improvement and development.
Coaching Direct runs a series of quarterly supervision meetings for alumni which provide for individual and group coach supervision. Both are focussed on personal self reflection whilst the group sessions bring in competencies, techniques, models and tools.
Participants on our Accredited Award in Coach Training will now receive complimentary supervision support from Accredited Coach Supervisor, Christina Gates.
Our aim has always been to make supervision accessible and affordable, ensuring that groups are small and the content is meaningful; focussing on you and your coaching skills.
